Error 1014 and instability

Hello, i've been noticing some instabilities today regarding my pages websites, they seem to have network errors and sometimes requests get blocked. While doing some tests i noticed that i got a somewhat scary error 1014 (left a picture) so i'm wondering what the issue might be.
