False ban appeal and tickets
I just got falsely banned for cheating on my 5+ year account and I’m trying to appeal but every time I submit an appeal and it says that I’ve been sent new info the ticket just disappears can anyone help me.

for context:
I was Playing unrated with my friends who were new to valorant on saturdaynight, and mid game, they said they got the red screen of death. Later, i found out that it was me who was flagged as the "cheater". I was really confused at first because I have never cheated in Valorant in my life and never would. I did some research and it said that many people in the past has had the same issues (based off reddit). I have been playing the game on this account for the past 5 years, basically started after beta had ended. I had spent around 300+ cad and I was hoping if I could get my account back. Yesterday after updating my geforce experience app, I noticed valorant crashing and thought this was not very important and that it was my wifi. I'm not sure what happened but I would really appreciate it if I could get my account back because I never hacked on valorant. I am willing to cooperate and send any data for investigation if needed. In the past few days I've submitted tickets about this already but every time i get an email back that my ticket has more info, the ticket is just gone on the support page
after reading reddit I remembered that i did have macros running in the background However, they were doing nothing to valorant. I was afking in a roblox game in the background while playing valorant. I didn't know that it would affect valorant because it only automates on roblox. please let me know if you need more information and i will give you whatever you need. I just really want to get unbanned beacuase it was a false ban. I have been playing val since 2018 and have spent over 200+ cad on this account and I would love to keep playing the game.

Anyways running macros on your pc, whether it’s affecting valorant or not, will indeed get you banned
if they are not accepting ur appeal no one gonna help u

but in the val tos it specifically states
"Cheating in game by using auto-clickers, aimbots, and other unauthorized hardware or software that gives players an unfair advantage in game will get that player’s account permanently banned.
Queuing with cheaters will get those players banned for 180 days.
The best way to report potential cheaters is to do so in-game during or after a match."
When you go to support page and click on “My Tickets” is it not there ?
