Coat to pair with dark brown Lemaire fit.
Looking for recommendations for a mid to light weight trench/bal coat in a colour that would work with the dark espresso pieces I grabbed.
Couple used options attached, appreciate thoughts. I'm aiming for a wool gabardine flowy/drapey fabric. Auralee wool bal and kaptain sunshine reversible gab coat attached. Target fit also attached. Budget 600-ish but might work harder for something special.

its the same cut as my wool one in brown, which is medium. most of that fabric gathers in the back ime
i dunno what size you typically wear but my only concern with the sizing on this coat would be shoulders/neck, P2P is pretty useless

i think JJVE S-M is probably best but tbh I wouldnt personally risk it on that S coat unless you really loved it, final sale and all

Slightly different approach. Considering something olive or beige in a lemaire denim jacket with the dark espresso. Any thoughts on if that would that work?
my instinct is that you want a mid to darker tone outer layer, the lighter beiges strike me as riskier
