Microsoft sync failed

Hey! I tried to sync my Outlook mail and calendar after the feature was published, but I got an error. Is there a way to see the reason for the failure and do something on my end?

Yeah! Just FYI: After the sync, we started experiencing some problems with our Microsoft Exchange. Some emails we send disappear, and some that we should receive from our customers never land in my inbox. Meanwhile, there are no error messages from Exchange. I’m not blaming 20 and can’t say for sure that the sync with 20 is the cause of these problems, but it did happen in the same time period, so there may be some correlation. We have started our internal investigation to understand what’s happening with our email. Please let me know if you need anything from me to help resolve the Microsoft sync issue—I’d be happy to assist.

Twenty is a one-way sync, only does pulling. It does not push anything to your inbox
