Val sometimes freezes my pc when opening it closing
Tho it happens rarely it hard freezes the pc while I can still hear audio from discord or val it seems the only way to fix it is to just hold the power button (which I would preferably not do because of chances of pc damage)
Is there a reason this is happening or it’s just me?

Could be anything. But usually it has to do with system load.
I don’t really have anything on when playing val just chrome and discord and medal in the background

Loading screen
Valo home screen
Just either when opening val or closing it
Haven’t happen while I was in game before
Loading screen or after the loading screen , where you can click play/shop and stuff
It didn’t even show the loading screen
I could still hear val but pc froze

right click on the homescreen. you should see an option

try it and see if that solved it
i kinda cant its just happens randomly
thread isnt going anywhere so. you should also make sure all system software that impact the game are up to date. that should resolve it.
