Is this a bad combination for a casual day where I wanna look better than average but not on top?

doesn't look that great but it's not egregiously awful.

idk my close friend said the jacket is shit
shirt is a bit of a clash with the rest of the outfit. Outfit doesn't really seem to have a vision.
Pose with hands in belt loops makes it hard to see how the jacket even fits
That aside the jacket is very inoffensively offensive
There's an odd juxtaposition between how slim cut the jacket seems and the loose fit of the pants. Do you have slimmer fitting pants?
