DataTemplate tag in Xaml
Greetings, I don't know why this error keeps showing up
The folder and .xaml files are all in the correct directory but the error said they don't exist in the namespace

Right click the solution in the solution explore and try the sync namespaces.
Can you paste the actual code instead of a screenshot.
