i didnt ven play a game of compe n got banned for 1 week sm1 pls help

That’s because you prob went afk on other game modes (swift/unrated)
like even 1 game after a long time?
The previous violations are still counted, even if you are playing after a long time
any way i can get unbanned or get a reduced sentence?
You could write a ticket to riot and see if they remove the afk ban
