False Ban
So i got banned supposedly for using third-party softares or scripting and I submitted a ticket on riot, but I got a response saying that they can't do anything about it and that I am not eligible for an unban. I have never cheated before and I got an alert that someone logged into my account hours before I even played on it/logged in so I think someone hacked my account and used it to cheat and got banned. I dont know what to do because I really need my account back and this just isn't okay. Any riot devs that can help or players that have experienced this before?

I literally dont know what to do because support isnt even trying to do anything theyre just saying that theyre not gonna unban me and its so stupod.
