How many keepers do I need?
So my zoo has 3 exhibits filled with fruit bats and 14x4 exhibits with spiders/frogs/etc.
I now have 16x star2 keepers and 4x star1 keepers. My staff facilities are on the left and also a keeper and staff room in the little square somewhat central with the green roof. Still my employees say the workload is really high.
My questions:
1. How many keepers do I need? I thought 1 keeper per 4 exhibits was kind of the soft limit.
2. Should I upgrade the 1 star to 2 star, and 2 star to 3 star? When is it worth to upgrade vs hiring more?
3. Any way I can optimize it more in terms of Time Spent Travelling?
4. Should I split up the area in different work zones? Like 6x4 exhibits per workzone?

So ideally I would cut on time spent travelling, but I don't see a good way to do that.
When it comes to walkthrough exhibits like the bats and butterfly's. I personally use for my butterflys 3 walkthroughs, 45males 45females per walkthrough then have it on auto management and sell the oldest butterfly's automaticly. 3 of these walkthroughs is almost a sure thing that with the auto sell will max out at 13.5k per species yearly. 1 zookeeper per species / 3 walkthroughs. I guess it might apply to the bats aswell, 1 zookeeper 3 walkthroughs, the amount of bats that can go into a walkthrough no clue. Each butterfly species has its own workzone to keep it simple. This is also an area where guests dont need to go, it can be a selfsufficient area which is just there to give that extra little bit of cash income yearly
