in oxidative ozonolyis if HCHO is one of the initial products with further oxidation

does it become co2 or hcooh, in one place they said to replace both H with OH as double OH unstable it becomes CO2 but somewhere else i saw it becomes HCOOH

i think in the oxidative medium, HCOOH simply gets oxidized to CO2 so yeah the final product would be CO2 @burrito
