Support taking too long to respond
My account got hacked and i posted a ticket on 6th feb previously i have tried contacting them and their response was faster but at that time couldnt find the purchase recipts. so they could help me much in recovering my account. But i finally forun my purchase recits and i am trying to recover my account but there i sno reply from the suppoer till now, Can any one help me with how i can mover forward with this please.

you can only respond via email
When you submitted the ticket, you are asked for a current email and that's the one you should receive responses to

that was from another account and it was account management ticket
and the support replied and asked me for the details for the other account and all the info and i sent the info and waiting for the reply

i had already tried to make a ticket account management with another account of mine
so i can actually track the status of the ticket
and write in it that my email is hacked
so the support replied and asked me to send the info u fill in the account recovery form
took them exactly 4 hrs to reply to that ticket
now iam waiting their reply to the info

to get transfered back to where you are
