Did I get soft ban?

Today I got a very concerning messenge wen I logged in Does someone know how this wotks? I got the messege but what now? If I stay 7 days without spoofing am I clear? Do I have to remove pgsharp and start usin only the original game? Can I download the spoofing app later? I do take the timer of spoofing very seriously so does the soft ban messege means that someone did this to me? How long do I need to stay off radar ?
