City generation plugin or data pack?
I am looking for a city generation plugin or data pack to use with Paper. I have looked at a lot of options, the most promising being the Cityworld plugin but the most recent fork will not compile for 1.21.4. I am not interested in any mods as the core of the server relies on a Spigot plugin. Does anyone know of ways to generate cities and have them broken up by biomes? Thanks in advance for any suggestions, happy to discuss the reasoning for this.
