Van1003 error

I keep getting this error. I've watched videos on how to fix it but it isn't working. I'm using windows 11 as my OS and have an Aorus motherboard. The issue is that my secure boot needs to be enabled but when I turn it on in Bios, it doesn't seem to change when I look at my system information. What should I do?
