It's weird that it's trying to boot the mmx64.efi file in the /efi/boot/ folder. that file only exists in the /efi/fedora folder. Does your BIOS allow booting from .efi file? Try explicitly booting the /efi/fedora/mmx64.efi file from inside the bios
where is that usualy located in the bios?
thank you for helping! π
I have an HP laptop let me see if I can find it.
Mash ESC to get to the BIOS, then select Boot Menu. At the bottom is has a Boot from file

Then navigate through the file tree it should be EFI\fedora\mmx64/efi. if that doesn't boot try the grubx64.efi file. No idea why it didn't write a proper fedora boot entry in your bios though. This is my Ubuntu HP machine but hope the screenshots help

okay am gonna try it!
If you get an error "bad shim error, you need to load the kernel first" or something like that, try disable secure boot and see if you can boot in
o its doing stuff
thank you so much it booted thank you so much for your time!
When you entered that boot menu. Did you have an option of "fedora" in the list. Because that will also boot Bazzite (Bazzite is based off of fedora) probably less work than selecting the efi thing all the time
If the boot entry isn't there, running
ujust regenerate-grub
in the terminal might fix itit booted and said boot to bazzite and iclicked that and it had the typical linux instal text with the ok and it booted back in to an gui
its now in the sytem config prompt
Be careful if mash ESC too much you end up in Grub's terminal shell
That might be what you are seeing
I saw but whent perfectly itβs now here

Cool :). Hopefully some games work on it π
i hope so to hahah π thank you so much for your help!
