Secure Boot verification error

So I recently downgraded my pc to win 10 and updated my bios to the newest version, I have everything enabled like 1. UEFI is enabled and csm disabled 2. Secure boot is on ( enrolled factory keys multiple times) 3. TPM 2.0 is active 4. sfc/scannow says that everything is fine 5. my valorant id is simpforbammy#0701 Would be great if someone knows how to fix or is able to fix it
