Chemical bonding: % s character and Bond Angle

In the question, all the molecules are sp3d hybridized which means that the %s character for all is same. So shouldn't graph be a straight line parallel to y-axis?

you are correct when it comes to hybridisation (I.e., sp³d) but the question is concerned with %s character of axial valencies of each molecule, I suppose.

yes i am pretty sure we studied something like axial having less or more %S character in TBP and PBP

Oh. Axial valencies have effect on %s character? I see. So basically for a fixed structure L.P. would be ∝ 1/(%s character)?

by using their relation with B.A, yes, we can say that L.P would is inversely proportional to %s character
