Can't use DNF at all to upgrade, all partitions have plenty of space...

Currently trying to get flatpak builder installed, but DNF is throwing errors at me no matter what I do. Even running sudo dnf upgrade is telling me I don't have enough space on the the filesystem. Any advice?
