Battery drains on "Balanced" mode after today's update

Yesterday, playing games did not (that I noticed) drain my battery while on power and in "Balanced" mode. However today it definitely is. Did something change?
Solution:
It appears that there's a Framework 16 BIOS bug that is causing this, so it's not Bazzite's issue 👍

If I had to guess something is wrong with your charger and it does not provide enough power

oh thatt would suck balls. How do I check that? neither the brick nor the cables have any sign of damage

this seems odd to me, since I would've expected that draining the battery would take well over 60W since the PD is 180 plus, I was playing Albion during most of that, and Cogmind during the 1-2am time period, which is way less graphics or cpu intensive than any other game (turn based ascii-adjacent roguelike)

Well is your charger 180 And your cable rated for 180

Yes and yes They're both the one packaged by FW with the laptop

And are you using the port rated for 180w charging on your f16

Yuppers Actually it's rated for 240 Ok so things that are different from before: I didn't run with mangohud (it's crashing when used in conjunction with Albion) but I wasn't capping the FPS I enabled secure boot. Can't imagine this is related There was an update, but you already said there shouldn't have been any changes that would've messed with power Is there a way to confirm this without straight up ordering another charger? oh I wonder if this is the energy from the battery specifically, which would mean the excess past 180 actually that could make a ton of sense, since that's the missing voltage. 240 total allowed power draw, 180 supplied, 60 drawn from battery
