Shape of Glasses
Im about to be getting glasses and im wondering what they should actually look like, ill post a picture of my face if needed but i can also just give random information, i have bangs, a heart shaped face (?) and am a guy

i like big circle glasses
or small circle glasses
but its a personal taste thing
try on some frames in person if possible
im just worried about things looking bad, i dont really have any personal taste, i have a pair of glasses currently that ill send myself wearing

without lenses

I'm really not too subscribed or adhere to the shape/face rule when it comes to glasses. It's all about proportions but that's just imo
Do you've any budget in mind?
I can recommend some brands that I've been personally into lately
I'm not.too worried about anything like that, insurance will deal with the brunt of it

Nice minimalistic titanium frames, and some more interesting shapes on their acetate that you can't find from other brands.
Jacques Marie Mage
Iconic, bold and highly faked so beware 2nd hand. Stick to their more popular acetate frames. Most are probably not suitable for everyday rx, but I've Hatfields model and super happy with it.
Masunaga K3's
They also have a basic line, but I think the K3 collection (Kenzo collab) is far more interesting, and a step up in quality and price.
Matsuda
Started my love for quality glasses. They do have some steampunk/mad maxx esque frames, but stick to their more basic stuff.
Savile Row
The maker of the iconic Harry Potter glasses, they tend to show up in abundance in the 2nd hand market. Got a beautiful pair of Beaufort for 40£ ~ish. Rolled gold construction >> Gold plated
True Vintage Revival
Probably my favorite brand when it comes to adhering to vintage shapes, I think they've perfected the iconic ''Arnel'' glasses. Moscot doesn't even come close.
Cutler & Gross
Bold acetate style. I like some of their collab stuff with The Great Frog
Eyevan
Good value frames that are made in japan. Not terribly original, but many safe shapes.

You can always treat ur glasses like just another fashion accessory and have multiple pairs to rotate. I tend to like to swap it from time to time, sometimes bold, sometimes more elegant etc.
It'd depend on what I'm wearing for sure, I wear a lot of street ware to more uh punk (?) Idk tetms but I have pics that sum up what I wesr
I base my outfits off other outfits I like
I have two styles ig that don't really mingle together
These are staples from my two types (?) of fashion
So I might just get two pairs for the two archetypes lol
I would get a thin titanium frame that's clear and some bold acetate with maybe a photochromatic lens so you could treat it as a pair of sunglasses
If you want to take it a step further, you could get fashion tint/low % tint
I'll look into this when I'm home aswell
