invalid nameservers
Hello, its my first time setting up a domain on any kind of server.
I'm trying to set up a website from vercel for a client,
He set up the cloudflare account, for disintegroove.com. and then he added me as a team member.
i'm getting errors that the nameservers need to be changed. I dont see anywhere to change the nameservers, and also the nameservers seem to be the correct value already.
But when i check whois, and Icann, it says the domain still has the wrong nameservers. I think it also says its purchased from a cloudflare registrar, not something else like Godaddy, bluehook, etc.
Does anyone know if my client has access to some kind of Cloudflare registrar, that i dont have, and can change the nameservers?

Have you selected the correct account in the dashboard? https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records
You should now see 2 accounts to select
thank you for replying @Laudian , i dont know what that means because i dont see the word "account" anywhere on that page. This page is for DNS records. Can i dm you?

If you click on the link, it should take you first to a page where you select an account, then to select a domain, and finally to the page that you've shown in your screenshot.
If you don't get an account selection, then you're not actually a member in the account you've been invited to.
Do you mean this page? Lmk if mobile doesn’t show enough detail @Laudian

No. Ask the person that invited you to their Account to go to "Manage Account" -> Members and have them check if you are a member and if it is the correct email address that you used.
This is the page you would see if you were a member in another account

I am a super admin now, i have full access. I dont know why that matters.
and does anyone know why cloudflare support doesnt let you login with your account that you made with google?
and when i press forget password, it asks for a username, which i really dont have either.

You need to login through the dashboard, top right help icon -> view support cases or https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/my-activities
You're trying to login directly to the new support portal platform, need to go through the integration
when i click view support cases, i just get reidrected to cannot locate dashboard account.:
https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/account-management-billing/cannot-locate-dashboard-account/?ErrorCode=41&ErrorDescription=Execution+error&ErrorDetails=DML%3AInsert+failed.+First+exception+on+row+0%3B+first+error%3A+UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION%2C+portal+account+owner+must+have+a+role%3A+%5B%5D
what is the integration?
Cloudflare Docs
Cannot locate dashboard account · Cloudflare Support docs
We are making some improvements to our support experience. This could be causing a temporary issue linking your dashboard account and your Cloudflare Help Center My Activities sign-on information.
That's the integration/redirect which gives you that error. If you have paid services, you can make an account to get access like that page says
