I got hacked and hacker got my account banned for cheating
So two days ago i went to go hop on valorant with my wife and for some reason my val account got locked for cheating when i haven't played in 3 weeks
so i looked in my emails and so that some hacker bybassed the Multi-Factor Authentication thing and changed the email for my account..
i had mad two ticket's already and none had shown up in my tickets in the support page, first ticket:#110707351 Second Ticket:#110726324

Did u get an email when u made the tickets
i did
Click the link that was provided in the email
and clicked the link for the ticket
it just sends me to a 404 issues page
And what does the status on that say

Uh stop making multiple tickets
U will get a reply in ur email in about 3 days or less
The more tickets u make the longer the waiting time
well thats the thing they responded to the first one but i couldn't even access it since it kept giving me a 404 error
U don't need to access it
U can just reply to their email
i did that as well, they keep sending me a send a reply above the line email, which i did then just send me another one
That means they received the email
Its not asking u to send it again and again

For security, account compromise tickets can’t be viewed on the website, only via the email chain :>

Yeah. Same as any tickets to do with your account. All via emails
Bc if the hacker has access to your account, doesn’t make sense to let them see riot support messages with the account owner right?
