product still running despite restarting
I can't update my valorant. it stays stuck on loading so i tried to reinstall and this pops up when i try to uninstall. this happens even after ive restarted my laptop and nothing is running yet this seems to still be on? can anyone help?

it just stays like that and i cant even delete valorant as the first screenshot comes up even though i fully close everything
Open task manager > details
And close riot
Then open control panel > uninstall a program and delete
did that
still shows up
Use bc uninstaller
Add neon impression gif
Send gif in dms
