is 0.1KB/s update speed normal?
i did an internet speed test and i have a download speed of 150MB/s but when i try to update val it takes up to 40 minutes, and the speed goes to 0.1KB/s. i’ve tried restarting my pc, removing unnecessary programs from task managed, etc, but nothing i do seems to help. this has been an issue for a couple weeks now

go to the task manager and disable the windows explorer running it takes the net to backup your files
