While playing competitively, my account was suddenly permanently banned due to a 3rd party software. However, I do not use any 3rd party software or cheats. The only application open on my computer is my keyboard application, which is a Wraith brand keyboard called W75. Can we get banned because of Snaptap and Rapidtrigger?

I just increased the delay for the A, D, and Space keys on my keyboard because they were too sensitive.
i dont use rapid trigger.
