How to Restrict Access to My Site Only to Poland and Block Google and Other Search Engines?

I am trying to block access to my website (gaming.pl) only for users from Poland and prevent Google and other search engines from indexing it. I want to do this without using the Zero Trust option.
However, I cannot find the firewall settings in my Cloudflare dashboard—only the "Security" section is visible. I need to block any access from outside Poland and ensure that search engines like Google cannot access or index my site. Additionally, I would like to ensure that there are no attacks (such as viruses) and that only specific ports are open.
Could you please guide me on how to configure this using Cloudflare and how to properly redirect the traffic to my public IP via the router? I don't want to deal with too much complexity, but I need full protection for my site.

I have my own domain, but it’s free and I don’t want to pay for it. I just want it to be secure, and for it to work with my router in a stable manner. It must be secure, and SSL needs to be properly configured.
you can create a custom WAF rule under security->Waf-> Custom rule

for free I want to build BIND9 but I don't know it may be a problem under DNS so I don't have access to IPV6 and I only have IPv4 I have a lot of problems because I did it recently and received many attacks and I don't want someone to track I just want to close it completely under Google someone was tracking I don't want about myself so how and more publicly it should work and I also had a problem with a full firewall under clodflare it also didn't work I had dirt completely under WAF
