Looking at this vintage leather jacket and leather vest. Hot or not?

not really into the cut/design and the shiny leather combo
the vest hits at a nice spot on the waist and just looks good to me

i like the jacket not the vest. i think the jacket can work if you wear it with some brighter colours otherwise its a bit too 90's/matrixy for me
