account was hacked

i was playing on monday last time i played it was monday i played swift play and this is my account i always play on it and its mine i had everything connected to it such as xbox playstation google and also put my phone number to verify. when i contacted support they told me to fill in this form full of questions, when I answered i waited for their reply. They replied to me that this information does not support that u are the owner of the account when i filled all of the questions and i put everything i knew! i asked them what was missing i put everything i just want my account back, they said the same thing as it was a bot reply. please i need help i spent lots of money on this game and i was having fun till i got hacked. PLUS when i got hacked i didnt even get a email that the password or email was changed, and when i put my username t o see if i had an account i didnt get an email which meant i dont have this email connected to a riot games account. Please please help me and thank you!

That’s basically the backbone of the account, if you can’t provide the accurate date, you can’t prove the ownership

incorrect, if you are able to prove via other methods that the account is yours (like I did when my account had a random bday bc i was underage), they asked me to provide payment ids for the first 5 and last 5 purchases i made :shrug: so it just depends on how believable your story is ig.
