Permanent suspension of innocent accounts
I'm Korean and I played VALORANT as usual. But I did nothing, but I was permanently suspended from my account due to the use of the unauthorized program. I also put inquiries and private inquiries in VALORANT, but I got the same answer that I couldn't release the sanctions. What should I do?
저는 한국인이고 평소와 같이 VALORANT를 플레이 하였습니다. 하지만 아무것도 하지 않았는데 비인가 프로그램 사용으로 인한 계정 영구 정지 제재를 당하였습니다. VALORANT에 문의와 프라이빗 문의도 넣어보았지만 제재를 풀어줄 수 없다는 똑같은 답변을 받았습니다. 어떡하나요?
