I pulled this shirt out of storage to donate but I ended up liking the pattern enough to keep it. I’m not too sure about the shoes because I feel like they throw the outfit off. Thoughts?
Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

i’d like to see it with dark brown shoes
the shirt itself is fuckin awesome imo
i think if you kept 100% attention on the upper 3rd it would look really nice
I agree with the shoes kinda griefing, they really dominate the outfit visually since the rest of the fit is less bright. works a bit better with the jacket but even then. also could just be me but there's something I'm not liking about the fit of the shirt, kinda looks like it fits slimmer around the chest but with slouchier sleeves in the pic, or maybe it's the cuff. I do like the pattern though.
i like the shoes a lot actually! the shirt reads casual, and so do the shoes. works well
I think the shoes are fine
The belt is really big and really draws attention to it
I think you need to have it layered if you’re tucking in. Personally I wouldn’t tuck bc corduroy carpenter pants to me don’t have a workwear connotation to me these days but a silver lake mechanic connotation if you know what I mean
yeah id also untuck the shirt
it also feels a tad incongrous with the rugged vibes of the pants and jacket imo
I noticed that the shirt fit was weird too. Just checked the tag and it's a size down from what I usually wear, which probably explains it
My philosophy for shirts is to go as big as possible unless you go as small as possible
Unfortunately when I got that shirt I was still in my "slim = correct" era
Definitely gonna consider that in the future because I want to experiment with looser/oversized clothes
Didn't even realize it was big until you pointed it out. Good catch
