Account hacked - please help - Case 01360644
I have emailed support, but no response. Its been 2 weeks.

To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

dont ask me to recover my account using email method. its not working. the attacker access my CF account and deleted my Mx record. deleted the zone.
My protonmail using custom domain and that domain is registered using CF. currently i cannot receive or send email
this happened in 2023 & 2024.
why i just reported now ? I just get out from prison bruhh 🙃
in my email to CF, i attached the proof of ownership. including my national ID and passport. all the email screenshot and chronology of the events
but no reply from CF support :bibicat_haircut:
i hope someone from CF can help me
or atleast reply my email
