there is many turks who use cloudflare to bypass discord ban and the regions in turkey been down for longer than 24hours
No clue, colos may be down for many reasons all with varying amounts of time
so there is estimated time for the fixes?
No idea, that's not my area but we don't usually give ETAs regardless

Discord is not opening and i am using cloudflare zero trust(its just working on discord, we set up the settings like that)
Sounds like a question for Discord?
IST being re-routed just means requests are routed elsewhere. It won't stop things working

we have diff people using the zero-trust thing and all of them has that error aswell
me and YKALAST both live near Izmir and it does not re route us to anywhere
and since there are only 2 options for our country it simply does not work
it re-routed to somewhere we can not contact to

I had to afk for 30 mins and the cloudflare popped up and said ''eh you did not update your version blah blah'' and i when i updated it and comeback it was fixed

I swear on god, I saw ''Under maintenance message'' for one sec (when I checked the ''cloudflare status website'') THEN it turned into ''Partially Re-routed''

the problem is whys that turning to Partially Rerouted
if its under maintenance
It's just how the status page works. The actual underlying status is "partial outage" in their status page software, and they just use custom js/css to override the styling.
"Partial Outage" displays as "Partially re-routed" and "Under Maintenance" displays as "Re-routed"
fwiw if you're doing all this for WARP: WARP is not meant to be a normal vpn/bypass restrictions, and if it does it's accidental, not to be relied on behavior. There's proper vpns and such out there for this purpose
Same with relying on a specific colo/location being up, there's a reason why none of CF's offers let you pick a specific data center to run in, at most broad regions. Colos go down/are moved/etc all the time.

Correct. That's why you can't pick locations with it. The point of WARP is just to make your traffic more "secure" by not letting your ISP spoof on it, and try to speed up/make it more reliable by CF routing the connections instead of your ISP. It may happen to get around restrictions due to the nature of it, but that's just incidental if it happens
It's not meant to be a VPN like Mullvad or Proton vpn

warp is way more easier and its hard to edit vpns to exclude other programs and its the EASIEST thing on warp

Unfortunately, when the colo selected is further away, I can't use it since other services (that I may need to use) require staying within a certain radius and will otherwise be blocked.
