STUCK AT LOADING SCREEN

Open task manager > performance and show ss
I need always to restart my laptop when I’m in stuck at loading screen
it freezes my whole laptop I can’t even close the app
I tried to reinstall 3 times still the same

Press windows key
Search installed apps and open it
From there look for amd software and delete it
