Open task manager > performance and show ss

I notice when I alt + enter it loads the game but then like 10 seconds later it does the same error
I've tried everything and nothing works I think its the new patch because when I updated it this shit starts happening

if it doesnt work reinstall it
Press windows key
Search for installed apps and open it
From there find amd software and delete it
