If I turn on proxy (orange cloud) -> My domain is blocked in china hubei province
Proxy turned off -> unblocked in hubei province
Can someone explain why this is the case?

It might be that regional ISPs/Government might be blocking Cloudflare IPs. Do you have the Cloudflare China Network enabled?
I thought China is specifically not blocking cloudflare ips, since it would disrupt internet in the country, anyway to rotate them though?
I don’t have specifically china network enabled, don’t I need a license for that?
I wouldn’t know about which blocks are activate in which countries. As for the China Network, you would need an ICP license
Ok, no way I’m getting it. Anyway you can rotate my ips?
No, and that wouldn’t necessarily help you, as the government/ISPs may be blocking the entire Cloudflare IPs range
The proper recourse is to report the issue to the government of Hubei
But why are my other domains that use cloudflare proxy not blocked in hubei?
Maybe there’s some fingerprinting together with cloudflare going on?
Not sure
Or is there some paid service or something I can pay so I get my ips rotated?
🥲
Hmm, maybe other domain gets other IPs
