game keeps freezing and making windows lag after
my girl has this problem and we tried everything
would lunch up val and while in queue it will start freezing aswell in game, it would freeze for a couple of seconds and be normal then freeze again up but game doesnt crash. once we close valorant, it will continue onto windows with the freezing (prior launching up val this wasnt a issue) here is what we tried so far.
temps on cpu and gpu are healthy
reinstall val
FACTORY reset the computer
updated drivers
its clearly not a over heating issue
they have good specs for the computer and no outdated parts
now i may think its something with windows 11 and maybe with a bios setting change or window setting change it could fix but i dont know what. and this happen for any other game execpt valorant. valorant was running fine a couple months ago but now it doesnt. please help

Could you head to the range and send a quick vid of the freeze
Or if u already have a vid send thst
