Are color palettes a thing?
So, hey. Weird post just dropped.
Not talking about "color theory". Like, is it normal to restrict your wardrobe to a few colors or am I overthinking it?

Couldn't say it's "normal". Some small amount of people do it because they like it. Some do it because it makes learning to dress better easier.
I used to be into very restricted grayscale for a while before getting bored and adding more colors.
I prefer a darker color palette personally, especially for winter and fall. I have a lot earthy colors in my wardrobe and tend to gravitate to them. In summer months I try to lighten things up with cooler but brighter colors, like light blues and greens and yellows. I mean it really does come down to preference, and I would say it's normal in the sense that one likes to wear certain colors and tends to stick to them in their outfits
I don't restrict my wardrobe to specific color palettes, but I do put together fits with color palettes in mind
Nice to hear that folks I thought I was totally overthinking it
I don't want to keep this forever but I'll keep on limited colors for now just because it probably means I need to buy less clothes
some of my closest homies and confidants only wear black, and while i do not condone this i can understand and appreciate it
sometimes less is more
More or less.
whether it's normal or not should be secondary to whether it's personally enjoyable to you or not
if that is solely wearing one or a few colors then so be it; if anyone gives you grief fuck em
Sometimes More is More :letsfuckinggo:
More or more.
I don’t buy things that don’t have a place in my wardrobe and sometimes this means bright colors that don’t fit in
I'm starting to only buy things that are black or work well with all black
