I’m not sure the shoes work very well with the pants. There’s not a lot of contrast, there’s a formality clash, and the stacking is pretty aggressive on the shoes. Maybe try wearing a dark brown loafer instead? Or replace the chinos with blue jeans?
two little details I notice are your t shirt hem is kind of flipped, and I don't think the shoes totally fit the vibe (maybe something cleaner?). To me this outfit achieves what I think it is trying to be, if that makes sense. If you describe what you are going for or where you want it to be maybe i could offer more ideas
I'm going for a casual fit. I work as teacher at a highschool. The shoes are a bit dirty but will wear clean ones so thats no problem.
