There are sooooo many smurf and hackers and accound buyers. and what? they still playing. when a guy with 24th lvl gives you head shots like asc or immo its not funny. i literaly played vs 1 today. he got almoust 2 kda 79% win rate and 50% hs. when a cheater is banned, all people in their party will be banned too (boosting is still bannable, yes)
smurfing is not bannable at all (sadly)
if it is a cheater, they will most likely be banned by the next ban wave or before

as soon as it is a bought account, it is bannable
but if it is their account and they made it to lvl 20, its just smurfing and not bannable at all
