Backing up software for reinstall
Hello! So, it just hit me that I originally installed Bazzite with CSM enabled, which is, apparently, Very Bad. Is there a safe way for me to back up my flatpaks and their configs, so that I can put them back into the system and carry on?

flatpak data by default are in ~/.var, but it is possible that some flatpak that put their config somewhere else (i think)
~/.local, ~/.var, ~/.config should cover most of it probably
And the apps themselves are manual reinstall only, I guess?
nvm, i see that .var also includes general app data
thank you
You can get list of your curent installed flatpak and reinstall it
