Immich not loading photos from external storage
Hello. I have configured external storage for photos to immich. Photos are not loading. I have the folder with photos on a separate drive. What should I do? I have immich on truenas scale

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.
Please paste files and logs with proper code formatting, and especially avoid blurry screenshots.

Is it still processing the thumbs? Check the admin jobs
I have this, it looks like I have to wait?
It shouldn't take super long unless you're running on very underpowered hardware
But yes, images will show "error" until their thumbnails are processed
So until it loads I won't even be able to view the photo by clicking on it, right?
Indeed, that is actually also a sort of thumbnail
Check the container logs for any errors though, 240 thumbs should be done in a couple of minutes usually
