this happen to me only if i played in my second account
the secure boot is on but the tpm is not available on my motherboard

Type msinfo32
And show ss
Also press windows key + r
Type tpm.msc and show ss

change "TPM Device Selection" to "PTT"

ok open key management and show ss

Ok save and exit now

once you are in windows,
press windows key + r
type msinfo32

type tpm.msc
and show ss

Solution: Enabled TPM and Secure boot from bios

just tpm 2.0
my tpm version is 1.2 but i've been playing for a year now
and now its showing up
