followed method B here https://docs.bazzite.gg/General/Installation_Guide/secure_boot/ at this point I just go into bios and enable secure boot right

No you enroll the key Then you do that

but is it already enrolled from prev install? when I restart it doesn't come up with the blue thing

Then you can just turn secure boot back on and you shouldn't need to do anything
