Should these be dealbreakers?

So there’s a belstaff jacket listed on Depop for 32 GBP, but with a little bit of damage. I don’t really have prior experience with genuine leather, so I can’t tell—how bad is this? The scuffing I suspect could be fixed but I’m not sure abt the holes and fraying

Scuffs you cans kinda brush the color back or dye, but you can’t really restore that grain (but you can blend it). The fraying you can undo / redo by hand if you maintain the stitch holes (hard) or glue it back down (easier) Nothing to do for the holes other than patch them.
