I am currently trying to get my account back I am waiting for a agent to respond it’s been sbout 48 hours when it said it would take only 24 should I make another one

If the current ticket is open, then no, don’t open another ticket.
The thing is I submitted a ticket
Then when I go to my tickets
It makes me log in
So I log into my alt account and it says no tickets
When I try to submit a ticket when I am logged in it says I need to be logged out to submit this type of ticket @Metamorphosis

If so, you can just write a ticket saying you got hacked and now it’s banned

You won't see it in My Tickets tab
because the ticket is not linked to an account
you should reply via email

It says if they see that the account was used to cheat like they won’t unban it but hopefully they unban it since it was not me @Raum

if you submit another one(if your last one was closed), you should receive a final message from an agent
