Note that c vector and cxa are perpendicular to each other. So basically magnitude of b vector has perpendicular components c and 2(cxa) Now just do $\sqrt{\abs{\vec{c}}^{2}+(2\abs{(\vec{c} \cross \vec{a})})^{2}}$

And set this equal to |b| Which is just one So you can just square on both sides
