Problem with some Cloudflare IPs
I'm having strange problems with Cloudflare's IPs in my region (Brazil). I've checked and the problem is only happening in certain regions of Brazil. In some regions, the ping works perfectly, but in other regions such as São Paulo, Paraná and Santa Catarina there are problems. My domain is
nickuc.com and I'm using the IP 104.21.96.1 to perform the tests.
These are the traceroutes of people from various places who are having problems. All the IPs seem to belong to CIDR 104.21.0.0/16.

I discovered this problem is happening just in free plan. SInce I bought Pro plan (10 minutes ago) my website is working fine
FWIW in Mogi Guacu, SP, cannot reach it from VIVO/Telefonica or TIM/Sparkle but no issue on smaller ISPs (Neolink, Evolunet)

Several players on our network are unable to access static files served by proxy
This happened here too, it affected users from all over Brazil, about half of the user base lost connection, the problem started exactly between 17:55 and 18:00 UTC-3, thousands of users were unable to connect, in this domain I have an average of 30k unique users per day, most of them in Brazil. I solved it by turning off the Cloudflare proxy
However, some services I use through Workers/Pages are also not working and I have no way to fix this.
@Nick, would you mind sharing your source IP for those traceroutes? Feel free to DM me if you prefer. Engineering have asked for one.
One of the source IPs I tested and had problems with was 187.19.244.34, I don't have access to that one now to see if it's still bad

It seems to be working now. The ping is working and the site is accessible again.
Will some explanation of the problem be given after it is fully fixed?
