I can't use chat in the hub only
I am not sure where I went wrong. On my lifesteal server everything is fine but on my hub I can't use chat I have installed freedomchat, systemchat and signed velocity but nothing works. I also don't get any errors which is weird on it's own

The chat works when I restart the server but if I join another server and then come back to the lobby it doesn't work anymore.
Check all plugins to be updated, check the perms
