Anyone know why my TeamFortress2 frames are so haphazard?
I got a stable 160fps on win10, ( on medium high ), but i can only stay at about 100 or lower on bazz ( on low ).
Fps is capped at 160, and is at 159 in spawn, but as i exit the spawn and meet people the rate drops hard and stays around 65 - 110 as long as there is fighting around. Anyone aware of TF2 issues like this? Other games have worked fine imo. Hope this is the right way to ask!

Probably just building shader cache? We have the same GPU, my CPU is i5-10400.
TF2 ran at 250+ fps the last time I played, everything high (16x AA etc. reflect all)
valve ports run worse than windows in my experience
